What Is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality that channels energy from the source. It raises the vibration of the body and mind and slows down brain waves from beta to alpha and theta. It is a non-invasive, gentle and natural method that assists in healing the physical body and beyond. As a practitioner, I am a conduit for this energy and help clients release what no longer serves them.

Benefits of Reiki

     Reiki has many benefits, many of which have been backed by scientific studies. These include: better sleep, improved mood, pain relief, reduce heart rate, reduce blood pressure, reducing stress symptoms (including anxiety and depression), and improving overall quality of life.
